Automotive Technology

This high tech vocational program provides training  in all aspects of mechanical and electrical automotive systems.  The training meets the requirements of the Automotive Service Excellence (ASE), as well as NATEF, National Automotive Technician Education Foundation.

Successful Auto Technology graduates will be prepared to enter the automotive field or a 2-year college for a major in Automotive Technology. Graduates from the high school program can find entry-level positions in a vast area of the automotive field. Students can  receive on the job training with the school-to-work program. This program allows students to work at a job site, get paid, and receive credit for their vocational lab.

Students who receive an Associates Degree from a 2-year Trade School will be prepared to work as service technicians, service writes, and entry-level mangers. Some of the training received in high school will earn students college credit
